We invite you to join us for a two-day "Hack a Smarter Customer Experience" hackathon event on September 29-30, 2017 at the Capgemini Applied Innovation Exchange (AIE) in San Francisco. This technical challenge will consist of showcasing a unique use case which utilizes an Oracle Customer Experience SaaS technology and an innovative Oracle PaaS component like IoT, AI or Big Data.
A successful solution will be one that allows customers to achieve one or more of the following:
· • Create personalized, seamless experiences across the customer lifecycle
· • Speed time to value with solutions tailored for your company needs
· • Free up more IT cycles for generating business value
· • Increase business agility and empowerment for line of business
· • Create leading customer experiences incorporating data, chatbots, IoT and AI
· • Extend customer experience delivery via open ISV ecosystem
The Challenge
Showcase an Oracle Customer Experience use case from Marketing, Sales and/or Service that features an innovative Oracle PaaS component and delivers the ability to either connect data, connect consumer experiences, or connect intelligence. Given that a hackathon is a contest, we will be judging you on how well you have executed and demonstrated your solution.
