The Oracle Applications User Experience (OAUX) team is shifting its focus to the second part of our “simplicity, mobility, extensibility” story for Release 10. The linchpin to that part of the story? Increasing the participation of users. We know that if users don’t find value in the application, they won’t use it, which could cost customers time and money.
