Join us for our second biannual two-day "Hack a Smarter Customer Experience" event at the Oracle HQ in Redwood Shores!
This technical challenge will consist of showcasing a unique use case which utilizes an Oracle Customer Experience SaaS technology and Oracle PaaS or ISV solutions.
A successful solution will be one that allows customers to achieve one or more of the following:
The Challenge
Showcase an Oracle Customer Experience use case from Marketing, Sales and/or Service that features an innovative Oracle PaaS component and solves a business problem in one or more of the following categories:
- Innovative Customer Loyalty Solutions
- Innovative User Experiences (use Content and Experience Cloud to build unique UIs, chatbots, augmented reality, voice, etc. solutions)
- Connected Experiences (connecting the end users seamlessly to each other, their data, devices, solutions, etc.)
Given that a hackathon is a contest, we will be judging you on how well you have executed and demonstrated your solution. Feel free to come up with a crazy use case, but be prepared to sell it and prove it works.
