Killian Evers

Killian Evers, Senior Director, User Experience Architecture, focuses on customization and extensibility features for Oracle Fusion Applications. Previously, she worked as a product manager for the EBS Core Components, EBS Security, Territory Manager, Order Capture, Sales and Marketing product families. She is adept at understanding and defining functional and technical architectures for the application suite. Killian has a master’s degree in International Politics with a concentration in computer science/modeling and statistics.

Ultan O’Broin, Director, Oracle Applications User Experience, has worked in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Applications development in the U.S. and EMEA since 1996. He is a passionate evangelist for applications user experience, communicating usability methods and best-practices to the Oracle application development community and to customers and partners worldwide. Special interests are user experience design patterns, developer productivity, and the impact of Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) on the enterprise. Misha Vaughan, Host

Misha Vaughan, Director, Communications & Outreach team in the Oracle Applications User Experience group, spearheads outreach to customers, thought-leaders in the Oracle sales organization, the Oracle Partner ecosystem, and Oracle key influencers and bloggers. Misha leads outreach and education initiatives for the Oracle Applications User Experience (OAUX) program, which includes the Fusion User Experience Advocates program and the Applications User Experience Sales Ambassador (SAMBA) Program. In the past, she led a next-generation user interface technology team, as well as a cross-acquisition (PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Siebel, Oracle) user experience team that defined all of the user research methodologies for Oracle Fusion Applications.
